Corn Dog Muffins



2 package (8.5 oz each) corn bread mix
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 egg
1 12 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
9 hot dog, cut into small pieces


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease muffin pans.
  2. Stir together cornbread mix and brown sugar in a large bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold egg mixture, cheese, and hot dog pieces into the dry ingredients until just combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  3. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
