How To Cook Jollibee Burger Steak – Secret Recipe

The Jollibee Mushroom Burger Steak is probably one of the company’s most popular items on its menu. It has garnered quite a following because of its combination of flavorful taste and very affordable price, you can never go wrong with it.
It seems that Jollibee has captured the essence of the Filipino palate with every product they deliver and with the Jollibee Burger Steak it was no exception. Kids absolutely loves this dish because of its mushroomy aroma and perfect blend of the mushroom gravy. Many have requested for its secret recipe just like the other previous recipes like JolliSpaghetti, Jollibee Chickenjoy and Jollibee Pancit Palabok which I tried recreate by myself. And through countless trials sand errors I finally succeeded so here’s my very own Jollibee Burger Steal Recipe.

How To Cook Jollibee Burger Steak Secret Recipe &Tutorial

Ingredients we need:

For the Burger Patty:

1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper

For the Mushroom Gravy:

2 tbsp oil (use the left over oil from fried patties.
2 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups water.
1 beef cube
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 cup mushroom buttons, sliced
a dash of ground pepper

Step  by Step Cooking Procedures:

1.)Combine ingredients in a bowl.
2.)Get at least 1/4 cup of the mixture, roll into a ball then flatten using your palm.
3.)Pan fry the shaped mixture (do not overcook) and drain on paper towel to remove excess oil.
1.)Heat cooking oil.
2.)Saute onion and mushroom.
3.)Add flour, whisk using a wire whisk until no more lumps.
4.)Add beef bouillon and ground pepper.
5.)Simmer until mixture thickens.
6.)Pour over the sauce over the fried patties.
7.)Viola! You’re finished! Best served with mashed potato and/or white steamed rice on the side.
