These Coconut Cream Pie Shooters are light and sweet and everything you love about the classic dish but in a shot glass!



  • 1 – 3.4 oz. package Instant Coconut Cream Pudding Mix (dry)
  • 1/2 cup Skim Milk
  • 2 cups Fat Free Cool Whip (divided)
  • 2 Graham Cracker Sheets
  • 6 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut


  1. Wisk pudding mix and skim milk together in a medium until well combined.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of cool whip.
  3. Line up 12 shot glasses and add a tbsp of pudding to each shooter.
  4. Add a tbsp of crushed graham cracker to each shooter.
  5. Add another 1 – 1 1/2 tbsp of pudding mix to each shooter.
  6. Top each shot with a tsp of cool whip.
  7. Dust each shooter with graham cracker crumbs and coconut.
