CLEAN EATING REFRIGERATOR OATMEAL

Try this no-cook cold version of oatmeal, and stock your fridge with easy, grab-and-go breakfasts for those crazy weekday mornings.

WW-Refrigerator-Oatmeal

Yield :

  • 2 servings or 2 half pint jars | Serving Size: 1 cup |

Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce or pumpkin puree

Preparation :

  • Equally divide the first six ingredients in two half-pint jars.
  • Tightly screw lid onto jar, and shake to combine.
  • Remove top, add applesauce or pumpkin puree, and stir well.
  • Refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days.
