|2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted|
|1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder|
|1⁄2 cup coconut sugar or honey|
|1⁄3 cup coconut milk|
|2 tsp vanilla extract|
|1 pinch ground cinnamon, optional|
- Add avocados, cocoa powder, coconut sugar or honey, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, if using, to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl, as needed. Refrigerate until completely chilled and serve cold.
