Chili’s Copycat Skillet Queso

Take your chips for a dip in this top secret take on Chili’s Queso Dip that comes to your table in a small cast iron skillet along with a big bowl of tortilla chips.



16 ounce box Velveeta cheese
1 cups milk
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
15 ounce can Hormel Chili (No Beans)
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


Directions :

1. Cut the velveeta into cubes

2. Combine the cheese with remaining ingredients in medium saucepan over medium heat.
3. Stir Frequently until the cheese melts.
4. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
