One cooked rotisserie chicken(deboned) and cut up into pieces
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb Velvetta cheese (cup up into cubes)
1 package of spaghetti
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt/Pepper/Garlic powder to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook pasta to al dente in pot. Drain and then add one can of cream of mushroom soup, one can diced tomatoes, 1lb cut up Velvetta cheese (on low heat), and add chicken. Add salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste. When cheese melts and thoroughly blended, transfer to oven safe casserole dish and top off with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 for approximately 20 minutes and ENJOY!!
