Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • 2️⃣ Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and half the cheese.
  • 3️⃣ Cut biscuits into quarters, fold into the mixture.
  • 4️⃣ Pour into greased 9×13 dish, top with remaining cheese, drizzle with butter.
