- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2️⃣ Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and half the cheese.
- 3️⃣ Cut biscuits into quarters, fold into the mixture.
- 4️⃣ Pour into greased 9×13 dish, top with remaining cheese, drizzle with butter.
- 5️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden.
