Cheddar and Cranberry Cheese Ball



12 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
34 cup dried cranberries


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven, then cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, toasted pecans, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Transfer mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap, then shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  3. Remove cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap. Roll in dried cranberries until completely coated.
