Canned Salmon Lunch

A nice change from canned tuna, canned salmon is great in a variety of patties, chowder and pasta dishes.


1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped mild pickled pepper rings
1 tablespoon pickled pepper juice


Mix salmon, mayonnaise, peppers, and pepper juice in a bowl.
