Broccoli, Kale, and Brussels Sprouts Slaw

This healthful salad is a delicious blend of sweet and savory.

1-12oz, package of broccoli cole slaw mix
2 cups of finely chopped kale (only the tender leaves)
1 cup finely sliced raw fresh Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/2 cup Light Poppyseed dressing
In large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw, kale, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, and pepitas. Pour on the dressing and mix well. Allow flavors to meld for about 15 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
