Breakfast Mock Cinnabon (Low Carb)

This is one of my favorites on the South Beach diet. I usually eat this forbreakfast or for a snack; it really satisfies my sweet tooth.

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1 (1 g) packet sugar substitute ( I use Equal)
  • 7 pecan halves, toasted if you prefer
  • ground cinnamon

Preparation :

Combine cottage cheese and sugar substitute.
Sprinkle with cinnamon (no limit) and top with pecan halves.
