- 2 boxes Jiffy Blueberry Muffin mix
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter,” softened
- ½ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F.
- 2️⃣ Cream butter, cream cheese, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- 3️⃣ Mix in muffin mix until well combined.
- 4️⃣ Fold in white chocolate chips.
- 5️⃣ Chill dough for 1 hour.
- 6️⃣ Drop dough by tablespoon onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 14-15 minutes.
- 7️⃣ Let cool and enjoy!
