- 1 tbsp, vegetable oil
- 200g, beansprouts
- 300g, egg noodles
- 300g, sliced stir fry beef, fried
- A pinch of salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp soya sauce, or to taste
- Spring onions, sliced (optional)
1Fry the beef strips in a wok for three minutes. Once cooked, place in a dish to the side and begin cooking instructions.
Ready? Let’s cook!
1Heat oil in a wok, on high heat until hot.
2Fry the beansprouts and noodles for two minutes
3Next add in the beef and fry for a further three minutes
4Add salt and soya sauce to taste and fry for another three minutes. Serve.
5For extra garnishes add 1 bunch chopped spring onions.
