Bang Bang Shrimp – Copycat from Bonefish Grill

We had these at Bonefish Grill. They are a great app. Since then, I have been trying many recipes looking for one that tastes close.




1 lb shrimp , shelled and deveined (smaller works best)
12 cup mayonnaise
14 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
3 drop (up to 5) hot chili sauce
12 cup (up to 3/4) corn starch, to coat the shrimp


  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and chili sauces.
  2. Dredge shrimp in corn starch.
  3. Deep fry shrimp until lightly brown.
  4. Drain shrimp on paper towel, place in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
