Ingredients
1 lb shrimp , shelled and deveined (smaller works best) |
1⁄2 cup mayonnaise |
1⁄4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce |
3 drop (up to 5) hot chili sauce |
1⁄2 cup (up to 3/4) corn starch, to coat the shrimp |
Directions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and chili sauces.
- Dredge shrimp in corn starch.
- Deep fry shrimp until lightly brown.
- Drain shrimp on paper towel, place in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
