You’re not yourself when your joints are aching, but luckily, life gave us lemons for those moments when getting out of bed is too much of a physical challenge.
What Causes Joint Pain?
Joint pain can be caused by a medical condition such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis and gout. Joint pain can also be the result of an injury such as a strain or sprain.
Joints connect our bones together, making it possible for us to move our limbs and other parts of our bodies, but sometimes, the cartilage that prevents our bones from rubbing together wear down for a number of reasons. This causes us to feel joint pain, which can be annoying at the least and debilitating at the most.
