Ingredients :

  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease a cookie sheet, set aside.
  • Pulse the two ingredients for a few moments in a food processor until very well combined.
  • Shape into discs, then set on the greased cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
