Preparation

Unroll the dough on its paper. Cut the 4 round edges of the dough into a square.

Wrap the dough garnished on itself on 2 sides. The 2 rolls made in this way must touch in the center.

Wrap the roll of dough in the parchment paper and place in the freezer for about 2 hours to make it easier to cut the palm trees.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (Th. 6).
Cut sections about 5 mm thick and place these palm trees on a plate lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
